If the sunroof of your car needs to be replaced, you must install a replacement metal plug. With a little care, anyone can remove a sunroof without damaging the car's upholstery. You need to disassemble the clips that hold the glass and detach it from the tracks it is in. Next, unscrew the frame screws and the deflector if it is installed on the top of the sunroof. Once the frame is loosened, you can gently remove it, possibly using a silicone tool.
