In order to install the new window lifter mechanism, it is first of all necessary to remove the door panel and the sound-absorbing coating underneath: to remove the panel, simply remove the cover from the handle of the internal handle, unscrew the screws below and release the pressure locks. Once the panel has been removed, lower the glass in order to access the glass fixing claws, loosen the pins and remove the glass itself (one of the pins can be accessed from the outside by removing the door trim molding); then proceed with disassembling the fixing nuts of the window lifter mechanism, disconnect the power supply socket of the motor and extract the mechanism from the door.
