Replacing the Glove Compartment Lamp Fuse on BMW 3 Series

Model: BMW Serie 3 F30, F31 - Years 2012-2019

If the glove compartment lamp on your BMW 3 Series stops working and you verify its integrity, the cause may be a blown fuse. To replace it, locate the fuse box inside the engine compartment at the upper left, next to the battery. To access it, turn three screws ninety degrees and remove the protective panel. You will access the fuse box, which you will open by pressing on four clips. The fuse of interest is the five Ampere one located in the bottom row, the fourth one from the right. To remove it, use the designated tweezers or assist yourself with long-nose pliers. Replace it with a new one and reassemble everything in reverse order.
