In this tutorial we can see how to disassemble the rear light in the BMW 1 Series, an extremely simple and fast operation, to be carried out in case we need to replace a bulb or the entire unit. Let's start by opening the tailgate of the luggage compartment, after which, with a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the black cover located on the inner edge of the headlight and unscrew the single fixing bolt. Once this is done, grab the light, pull it towards us and extract it from the bodywork. Finally, we disconnect the power connector and replace the damaged element.
