Door Handle Repair and Adjustment

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006

If you have difficulty opening the door, you need to adjust the opening mechanism.
For this operation, you will need a simple Allen wrench.
Open the door and on the side where the latch is located, remove the plastic cap that allows access to the adjustment screw. Insert the Allen wrench into the hole and turn it counterclockwise about a quarter turn, applying the right amount of force. Try closing the door to check for proper operation. If it doesn't work, repeat the process until you achieve a perfect closure.
