How to Check and Top Off Antifreeze

Model: BMW Serie 3 E46 - Years 1998-2006
Part: Antifreeze coolant

This video guide shows how to check the antifreeze in the cooling system and how to top it off if necessary.
The first rule is to perform this operation only when the engine is cold and never attempt to open the reservoir when the engine is hot.
The operation is quite simple; once you unscrew the cap, located at the front of the vehicle, you will see a dipstick floating in the liquid. This dipstick indicates the level of the fluid present, so if necessary, you can proceed to top it off until the dipstick reaches the correct level, as shown in the video.
The car is a BMW E46.
