Almost all cars come equipped with power windows that can be raised or lowered by pressing a specific button. If the device malfunctions, it is important to know how to fix it. The following guide shows how to repair the window motor.

First, remove the door panel, which allows access to the mechanism and its electrical and mechanical connections. Once done, first disconnect the electrical wires.

Then, remove the screws that hold the support brackets in place. Once visible and free from electronic connections, you can remove the motor.
