How to reprogram the automatic roof in a BMW?

In our BMW, the automatic roof may sometimes get stuck or show various signs of malfunction. In these cases, you can try to resolve the issue by performing a simple reset. First, enter the cabin, insert the key, and turn on the instrument panel; it is not necessary to start the engine. Next, press and hold the roof open button, keeping it in position. After about 15 seconds, it will begin the self-calibration procedure. Keep the button pressed throughout the procedure, which will conclude with the second closing of the roof.
