Operation: How to disassemble the external rearview mirror of the BMW 1 Series

In this short guide, we will see the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the external rearview mirror of the BMW 1 Series. First of all, we open the front door of the car and start disassembling and removing the door panel and the triangular plastic cover of the mirror; then we unscrew the fixing screws of the mirror and disconnect the electrical connector of the glass adjustment, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new external rearview mirror, finally adjusting the glass and reassembling everything!

How do I reset the Jeep Compass Start & Stop system?

In order to reset the Start & Stop system of the Jeep Renegade you need to open the hood in order to access the battery located inside the engine compartment. The car's Start & Stop system is activated automatically and it will not be necessary to carry out any procedure to put it into operation. In order to reset the system it will therefore be necessary to disconnect the connector located in the lower part of the battery, so that it is reconnected after a few seconds.
