In today's tutorial, we will see how to dismantle and replace the external wing mirror of the BMW 1 Series E87, first generation. First, open the front door and start by removing the triangular plastic cover behind the mirror, unclipping the door panel from the top. Then disconnect the electrical connector, and use a Torx screwdriver to unscrew the screws, as shown in the video. At this point, you can remove the external wing mirror, applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
