How to Replace the Rear Light on a BMW 3 Series?

To replace the rear light on a BMW 3 Series, open the trunk and locate the fastening screws around the perimeter of the light. Use an appropriate screwdriver to carefully unscrew the screws.

Once the screws are removed, gently grasp the light and pull it outward to detach it from the body. Be careful with the electrical connectors on the back of the light.

Disconnect them carefully and remove the light completely. Before installing the new light, ensure it matches the model and specifications of your BMW 3 Series.

Connect the electrical connectors to the new light and position it in the appropriate slot on the body. Make sure the alignment pins are correctly positioned, then gently press the light down to secure it in place.

Reinstall the fastening screws with the screwdriver, ensuring the light is firmly secured. Finally, close the trunk and turn on the new light to check its proper operation.
