How to Replace the Battery in a BMW X5

Model: BMW X5 E70 - Years: 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013

In this model, the battery is located in the compartment under the trunk floor. Open the trunk lid and lift the lower panel as shown in the video to access the small storage compartment and emergency tools.

Unscrew the indicated screws to remove this compartment and access the area where the battery is located. Disconnect the plugs and unscrew the bolts and brackets securing the battery in place.

Install the new battery, and you're done!

To reset the tyre pressure warning light on the Jeep Renegade, inflate the tyres until they reach the recommended pressure: this value is indicated on the sticker attached to the driver’s door pillar.
