How to Replace the Battery in the Buick Envision Key

If you need to replace the battery in your remote key for the vehicle, follow the simple instructions below and refer to the video as well. First, extract the emergency key by pressing the small button on the side and pulling it out. Using the emergency key, pry open the short side of the key to release the cover. Underneath, you will find the battery compartment. Use your fingers to remove the battery from the compartment and replace it with a new one, ensuring the positive terminal is facing up. Reattach the cover to the key and finally reinsert the emergency key.
