How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter on a Buick Encore

If you are watching this video, it’s because you are thinking about replacing the cabin air filter in your Encore, probably because you smell a bad odor inside your cabin. First, make sure you have purchased the correct replacement part from your local auto parts store. Next, position yourself on the passenger side and open the glove compartment. On either side of the compartment, there are two arms that guide its movement; simply lift them to release them from the stops. Push down on the glove compartment with one hand and with the other, remove the old filter from its housing. Now, place the new filter in and reattach the glove compartment arms to complete the operation.
