How to Replace the Mirror Glass on a Chevrolet Aveo

Model: Chevrolet Aveo MK 1, T200 - Years 2002-2011

Remove the mirror glass from the external mirror on a Chevrolet Aveo (right side). Use a plastic or rubber lever to pry between the perimeter of the mirror frame and the mirror glass. Pry until the plastics detach from the mirror (disconnect the power cable); this is a delicate operation as the glass or the mirror itself may break. Unscrew the screws with a screwdriver to disconnect the mirror cover, and replace the damaged part with the new one. Ensure that the plastic clips snap into place on the mirror supports.
