The instructions in this guide will help you remove and replace the front brake pads on a Chevrolet Equinox. First, lift the vehicle and start by removing the front wheel.

Next, loosen the bolts securing the brake caliper, applying pressure to the caliper piston to retract it, as shown in the video. At this point, remove the old front brake pads, cleaning the caliper of any residual dirt.

Install the new original brake pads, then reattach the brake caliper to the rotor.
