Operation: How do I remove the gear knob on Cruze

How do you remove the knob on the Chevrolet Cruze? We disassemble the knob to replace it or to replace the leather cap that covers the shaft. We take the knob in our hands and rotate it to the left and right until it is removed from the shift rod. We disconnect the frame of the leather cap with a plastic lever (if to be replaced). We assemble the new leather cap with the clips (if disassembled), then, take the new knob and insert it into the rod on the central tunnel until it is tightened in the rod. We check the perfect tightening of the knob in the shift rod at the end of assembly.
