As shown in this tutorial, replacing the headlights on a Chevrolet Express van is a very simple and quick task. Before proceeding, ensure the key is not in the ignition for safety.

Start by opening the hood, then using a 10mm socket wrench, remove the two bolts located along the top side of the headlight to be removed. Once done, grasp the headlight assembly, pull it outward, and separate it from the frame.

Finally, extract the bulbs by turning them counterclockwise, insert the new ones, and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
