You can replace the front brake pads on a Chrysler Le Baron by lifting the car so that the corresponding front wheel can be removed from the hub: once the wheel is removed, you can loosen the screws that secure the caliper to its seat to detach it completely.

After removal, you can slide out the pads inside to replace them with new ones: at this point, you can reposition the brake caliper onto the disc to secure it, ensuring everything functions.
