This brief guide shows you how to remove and replace the alternator on a Citroen C3 1.4 HDI, following the instructions below. First, open the bonnet of the vehicle and start by disconnecting the alternator belt by loosening the tensioner; raise the vehicle to remove the alternator mounting bolts, disconnecting the electrical wiring to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, perform the repair or replacement of the alternator by installing the new one; after securing it, you can refit the belt, following the video tutorial to the end!
