In order to adjust the clock on the Citroën C3, you will need to insert the key into the ignition and turn it to turn on the instrument panel. Once the panel is turned on, you can hold down the button on the left of the small central screen. When the hours start flashing, you will need to press the button on the right of the screen repeatedly to change them; then press the button on the left again to see that the minutes will also start flashing, which can be changed by pressing the button on the right again.
