The correct way to close the doors of the Citroen Berlingo MK3

This video is valid for both the Citroen Berlingo and the Peugeot Partner, as they are essentially the same vehicle: it may seem unnecessary to be told how to close the doors of your van, but it is not. The doors of these vans have a slightly different weight compared to doors of other vehicles, so we tend to slam them with force and this damages the doors, causing them to start vibrating and squeaking. Inside there are sliders that slide the glass down, and the bolts that hold them in place end up hitting against the bodywork, due to the excessive force we put into closing them; even the closing strap can wear out and start rattling. To close them correctly, simply go past the point where the strap holds the door, and just let it go: it will close by itself.
