These short and simple instructions will show us how to disassemble and replace the knob and the gear lever gaiter of the Citroen Xsara Picasso. First, we get into the car and start by detaching the gaiter from the base; then we pull the knob upwards with force, until it comes off and we remove it from the lever along with the gaiter, as shown in the video. At this point, we separate the gaiter from the knob, replacing the components with new ones; we first insert the gaiter onto the gear lever, then install the knob (if necessary, installing a clamp between the two components).
