Following these brief and simple steps, we will see how to disassemble and replace the gear shift knob of the Citroen Xsara Picasso. First, we get into the vehicle and start by detaching and removing the clamp found between the boot and the gear knob; then we pull the gear knob forcefully upwards until we completely remove it from the lever, as shown in the video.

At this point, we install the new original gear knob, securing it properly onto the lever; we place a clamp between the boot and the gear knob to secure everything in place.
