To replace the remote battery on a Citroen C3, take your remote and press the metal key release button; then, using a screwdriver, unscrew the screw in the space where the metal key fits. Pry until the battery holder is extracted (remove the old battery), take a new one of the same size and voltage. Refit the cover on your remote, pressing until you hear the locking click. Check the correct operation of the remote by pressing the door opening buttons.
