Let's see how to activate and deactivate the electronic handbrake on the Citroen C4 Picasso. With the car stationary, press the "P" button located on the central console: a warning light will illuminate on the dashboard to confirm that the brake is engaged. To deactivate it, press the "P" button on the console again. The brake will release automatically when you start driving, provided the "auto hold" function is not active and there are no system errors. To activate and deactivate the "auto hold", access the infotainment system, go to "settings", search for "driving aids", find the "auto Hold" option, and select "activate" or "deactivate".
