Timing Belt Replacement

Replacing the timing belt is a delicate operation, advisable only for experienced individuals. Obtain replacement belts, tensioner wheels, tensioners, the belt installation diagram, and special tools. Start by removing the front wheel and the cover that needs to be taken off. Using a spanner and the appropriate tool, lock the pulley and loosen the tensioner. Lever the tensioner to relieve tension and remove the belt. Remove the bolts of the two tensioner supports and take them out. Replace the pulleys and tensioners with the new parts, ensuring all components are reassembled correctly. Install the tensioners and new belts following the assembly diagram. Refit the cover.
