Replacing the battery in a Citroen DS3 is a straightforward task that you can do independently. First, remove the protective cover.

Then, using a 10mm socket, unscrew the bolts on the battery terminals marked positive and negative. It is crucial to remember to unscrew the negative terminal first.

Once all the screws are removed, you can pull out the battery, taking care to disconnect the control unit box located beside it. With the old battery removed, insert the new one. First, connect the terminals to their respective poles, and using the 10mm socket, tighten the screws to secure the terminals.

Reattach the control units and replace the protective cover.
