First, get in the vehicle and turn on the instrument panel; then go to the vehicle settings from the central display, selecting the "ECO" option to activate or deactivate the Start&Stop system, as shown in the video. The Start&Stop system will automatically activate every time the engine is switched off and back on; you will need to deactivate it manually to disable the function!
