Model: Citroen C3
SX, SY
- Years 2016-2023 To reset the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) light in the Citroen C3, follow these steps: Note: This procedure is based on the Citroen C3 model as of my knowledge up to 2021. There may be slight variations in later models, so always consult the owner's manual for the specific procedure for your vehicle. Check tire pressure: Before starting, make sure all tires on your Citroen C3 have the correct air pressure, according to the specifications in the owner's manual or the tire pressure label located on the driver's door or in the engine compartment. Turn on the car: Start the car and make sure it is in drive mode. Access the "Setup" or "Settings" menu: Using the buttons on the dashboard, navigate the information and entertainment system of your Citroen C3 until you reach the "Setup" or "Settings" menu. Select "TPMS" or "Tire Pressure Monitoring": Within the "Setup" or "Settings" menu, you should find the option for the tire pressure monitoring system. Select this option. Start the sensor learning process: Once inside the "TPMS" or "Tire Pressure Monitoring" menu, you should see an option to start the sensor learning process. Select this option to allow the system to detect the tire sensors. Adjust tire pressure to correct levels: Follow the instructions on the screen and let the system detect the tire sensors. During this process, you may need to deflate the tires and then inflate them to the correct pressure. Consult the owner's manual for specific details on the tire pressure sequence for your model. Check the TPMS light: Once the learning process is complete, the TPMS light should turn off. This indicates that the system has been reset and the tire sensors have been properly synchronized. Exit the menu: Exit the "Setup" or "Settings" menu and make sure all dashboard functions have returned to normal display.
