In today's article, we will illustrate how to disassemble the gear knob of the Citroen C4 Picasso in order to replace it. To perform this operation, scissors are necessary. First, you need to lift the gear cover by removing the lower part from the fastening clips, then lift the leather cover. Once the leather cover is lifted to access the knob fastening strap, you must now cut the strap, being careful not to damage the leather covering. At this point, bring the leather cover down and then pull the gear knob upwards to remove it. Once removed, it can be replaced, insert a new strap and reposition the cover and plastic block in its housing.
