Use plastic trim tools to pry and release the clips, then pull the upper part upwards with your hands, being careful as the plastics are delicate. Look for the blue connector for the window switch at the back, using a thin tool to press the release tab. Since the plastic clips break easily, it is advisable to have some spares on hand; take the opportunity to insert sound-absorbing material against the metal.
