How to Replace the Gear Knob on the Dacia Duster

This video tutorial shows how to replace the gear knob on the 2021 Dacia Duster. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the plastic top of the knob to access the first part of the mechanism. Extract the metal core contained within the knob by applying outward pressure. Rotate the plastic part of the knob to remove it. Lift the plastic base of the centre console to remove the gear gaiter. Using pliers, extract the white plastic part of the gear mechanism. Insert the new plastic and fit the gear gaiter, then insert the new plastic knob and install the mechanism inside it.
