Replacing the battery in a Dacia Sandero key is a simple and quick task that you can do yourself; all you need is a small flathead screwdriver and a CR 2032 battery, available in all shops. Insert the flathead screwdriver into the top of the remote and apply slight pressure outward.

Once the remote is open, remove the old battery and insert the new one. Close the remote and test its functionality by pressing the open and close buttons. If it malfunctions, you may need to reprogram the key.
