Before we can get started, we'll need to open the front engine hood. So let's start by unhooking the two clips that secure the top cover of the air filter, helping us if desired with a small slotted screwdriver and prying, but it is still feasible to release the clips with your hands. Once we have released the clips, we can remove the top cover, thus reaching the air filter. To disassemble the air filter, simply remove it from its housing, and we will have finished the disassembly. To fit the new air filter and close the air filter block you simply have to follow these steps in reverse, and we will have carried out the replacement correctly.

How do you adjust the clutch cable on the Kia Picanto?

To be able to adjust the clutch cable of the Kia Picanto you need to open the hood so that you have access to the components inside the engine compartment: in order to reach the cable you will need to remove some components on the right side, such as the battery and the air filter. Below them you will find the clutch cable, which will have to be adjusted by screwing or loosening the bolt placed at the end of the cable. This will make the pedal harder or softer; after the adjustment, it will be possible to assemble all the components by closing the hood.
