How to Reset the Service Light on My Dacia Sandero

To reset the service light (which indicates when a service is needed) from the dashboard, no special tools are required. First, with the vehicle off, press the accelerator pedal and turn the key to the ignition position (but do not start the engine). Next, press the button at the end of the right lever (the windscreen wiper control) until you select the "Service" option. Once selected, the display will show 20,000 flashing; hold until it stops flashing. To check if it has been reset, turn off the ignition and turn it back on, then navigate back to service and the display will show 20,000. The countdown for mileage will restart, and the service light will illuminate again when the service is due.
