To be able to correctly replace the engine air filter of your Dacia Lodgy (year 2012-2022) it is sufficient to perform a few simple steps that we will describe below. First you need to unlock the front hood from the button located on the side of the dashboard (driver's side). Immediately after that, lift the front hood and locate the air filter box in the upper central area of the engine compartment. Remove the existing safety hooks and pull the top of the box outwards. Finally, remove the old filter and insert the new one.

There is no need to remove it completely, just move it forward to avoid bother.
