How to Remove the Gear Knob on Dacia Vehicles?

Begin the replacement of the gear knob by lifting the plastic trim surrounding the lever. Use a plastic tool to disengage the clips; avoid metal tools as they may inadvertently damage the interior. Lift the gear gaiter and remove the rubber ring underneath, again using the plastic tool previously used to remove the trim. Pull the gaiter down to fully free the gear knob and slide it off by pulling upwards while slightly twisting it. To fit the new knob, follow the procedure in reverse.
