On diesel cars equipped with a DPF filter, such as the Dacia Duster, it is important that the regeneration cycles are not interrupted. To know when the regeneration is taking place, we can create a warning light. To do this, we need to get a colored LED and a 470 ohm resistor, solder one terminal of the resistor to the positive pole of the LED and the other to a piece of electrical wire, solder another wire to the negative pole of the LED, insulate the parts where we have worked with heat shrink tubing. Using a plastic lever, detach the mirror of the driver's side external mirror, solder the LED wires in parallel to the defroster, checking the correct polarity. Reassemble the mirror, placing the LED on the lower edge.

How to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo

Let's see in this short and simple guide the instructions that will allow us to open the bonnet of the Volkswagen Polo. First of all we open the front door, on the driver's side, and start pulling the opening lever of the engine hood, in order to open the lock; then let's move to the front of the vehicle and unhook the tab that we find on the central part, above the manufacturer's emblem, as shown in the video. At this point we block the bonnet with the lateral rod; then we accompany the bonnet down to close it again!
