In this video, we will see how easy it is to dismantle the rear light unit to replace a blown bulb, for example, on a Dacia Duster MK2: open the tailgate, and for the sake of this example - as shown in the video - we will work on the right rear light.

Remove the cover that protects the light, which also serves as the boot protection, and access the bodywork directly.

On the outer side, you will find two large plastic screws holding the light in place. Unscrew them, disconnect the electrical connectors supplying power to the light unit, and you can then remove it from the bodywork to carry out any necessary work.
