It will be possible to disassemble the engine of the Derbi GPR 50 by loosening the screws that fix it to its housing: this will be located in the lower part of the frame. Once the engine block has been released, it will be possible to proceed by disconnecting the intake and exhaust manifolds and removing the cables connected to the engine: in this way it will be possible to proceed by unscrewing the screws that fix the cylinder head to the top of the engine block. The cylinder must be removed together with the piston contained internally and connected to the connecting rod: this will provide access to the crankshaft and all the components to be replaced.
