In today’s video, we will see the steps to remove and replace the rear brake pads on a Derbi GPR 50 motorcycle. First, unscrew the mounting bolts of the rear brake caliper using a socket spanner; then lift upwards and remove the brake caliper from the disc, as shown in the video.

At this point, leverage inside the caliper to retract the piston and proceed with the replacement; insert the new pads of the correct type, and reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!

How to change the engine oil of a Yamaha MT-07?

To change the engine oil of a Yamaha MT-07, follow these steps. Start by placing the bike on a flat surface and ensure the engine is warm but not too hot. Remove the oil cap from the top of the engine and unscrew the oil drain plug on the engine casing, usually located on the underside of the engine. Position a collection container under the drain plug and unscrew the plug to completely drain the used oil. Once drained, refit the drain plug. Remove and replace the oil filter using an oil filter spanner. Apply a little new oil to the seal of the new filter before installation. Fill the engine with new oil through the oil opening until reaching the recommended level. Check the oil level using the dipstick and add oil if necessary. Refit the oil cap and ensure it is securely tightened. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to distribute the oil, and you will have completed the procedure.
