Disassembly of flywheel and stator on Derbi GPR 50

In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble the flywheel and stator on a Derbi GPR 50cc, in simple steps. First of all, let's disassemble the left side casing, in order to access the flywheel and the sprocket of the chain; then let's get a puller to remove the flywheel, first unscrewing the central bolt, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to unscrew the screws of the plate of our stator and disconnect the electric cables to remove it; now we can also replace the oil seal on the flywheel side. Reassemble everything by applying the reverse procedure!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
