To disassemble the gearbox of the Derbi DRD 50, completely remove the engine block and transmission from its housing by unscrewing the bolts that secure it in place. Once the block is free from the bolts, it can be completely removed by unscrewing the screws that hold the side cover over the clutch. After removing this cover, loosen the bolts securing all the clutch discs, removing them from inside their housing: beneath the clutch, you will find the gears of the gearbox.
