Where are the Fuses in a Dodge Sprinter?

In the Dodge Sprinter, all the fuses are located inside the cabin. There are no fuse boxes in the engine compartment or elsewhere. The fuse boxes for this vehicle are two and both are on the driver's side. The first is under the dashboard plastics, specifically beneath the steering column.
