As shown in the video, start by unscrewing the cap and removing the top membrane. If you have a syringe, draw the brake fluid from the top until the reservoir is empty (be careful not to spill this fluid on the frame; if it happens, clean it immediately), then top up. Connect a tube to the bleed valve, open it with a spanner, and press the brake pedal. Continue until all the old fluid has been expelled. At the end of the operation, keep it pressed to the end of its travel while closing the bleed valve: this will prevent air from entering the system, which is the exact opposite of bleeding. Dispose of the brake fluid at recycling points, as it is toxic and highly polluting.
