In this video, see the steps to remove and replace the front brake pads on a Ducati Monster 600, as well as on the 750 and 900 models. First, remove the metal clip of the brake pads using pointed pliers; then tap on the pin to remove it, as shown in the video.

At this point, you can extract the pads and replace them with new ones of the correct type and high quality. Finally, check the thickness of the pads and reassemble everything, using the caliper piston to aid insertion.
