How to change the engine oil and the relative filter of the Ducati 999

The guide shows how to change the Ducati 999 engine oil. If you have racing stands, you can use them too. Start the motorcycle to make the oil fluid and remove the right fairing by removing the fixing points and the fixing bolts. Place a container under the oil pan to dispose of the fluid and unscrew the drain bolt; also unscrew the oil filler cap. Unscrew the four screws of the mesh filter and empty it; pay attention to the cap gasket. Detach the mesh filter from its housing, taking care not to break it; clean it well before reassembling it. Unscrew the oil filter and drain the fluid. Put the filters back in place, after having greased the gaskets and refilling the tank. Run the engine for a few minutes and then top up the oil level.

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
