To change the motor oil of a Ducati Multistrada, start by turning on the engine for a few minutes to make the oil more fluid and facilitate drainage. After turning off the engine, lift the motorcycle using a center stand to ensure stability. Locate the oil drain plug, which is located on the bottom of the engine. Place a collection tray under the plug and use a wrench to unscrew the drain plug, allowing the old oil to drain completely. Once the oil is fully drained, screw the drain plug back in and tighten it securely. Find the oil fill cap, located on the side of the engine, and remove it. Use a funnel to pour in the new oil, making sure to follow the recommended quantity and type in the owner's manual. After completing the filling, replace the fill cap and tighten it securely. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes, then turn it off and check for any leaks. This ensures that the new oil is evenly distributed and everything is in order.
