To replace the oil in the rear differential of the Fiat Panda Cross, lift the rear of the car on the passenger side using a wedge, place a collection container under the differential, and unscrew the drain plug with an 18mm spanner to let the oil start to flow out. Also unscrew the oil filler cap, use pliers to remove the piston inside the drain hole, and allow all the oil to drain out, assisting the process by blowing into it with a tube.

Once draining is complete, replace the piston and the drain plug, and using a syringe, inject the new oil in the specified quantity into the filler hole, screw the filler cap back on, and lower the car.
